用中文创享全球故事

活动简介


第四届“最·孔院”全球短视频征集活动全新出发,欢迎来自世界各地的孔院人及中文爱好者以短视频的形式记录你与孔院、与中文的美好瞬间;分享中文连接你我、沟通不同文化的精彩故事。2024年,我们向全球发出诚挚邀约,继续用中文创享全球故事,用镜头记录孔院风采。2024年,我们进一步创新单元设置、优化投稿渠道、微调奖项名称,我们将全程提供业务指导,欢迎踊跃参与!


(一)

主题单元一:你好!孔院

用镜头记录孔院时光,传递语言联通、文化交融的温暖力量。可以记录你与孔院的故事,分享你在孔院的收获;可以分享孔院促进中国文化与当地文化的交流和互动,包括但不限于节日、习俗、物产、品牌、运动、时尚、新媒体、影视、非物质文化遗产等。欢迎院长、教师、志愿者、学生以不同视角展现孔院(课堂)故事,介绍孔院建设和发展、办学成果、课堂情景等。


(二)

主题单元二:在世界,发现中文

通过语言这座桥梁,身处不同地域和文化中的民众能够沟通彼此、相互学习。可以展现你的中文学习风采,分享你了解、学习或传播中文以及中国文化的故事。可以展示学习中文的成果,分享中文对生活的改变,用中文介绍自己国家的风土民情。


(三)

主题单元三:食遍中餐

中国餐饮美食文化历史悠久、博大精深,一道道菜品宛如一件件精美的艺术品,蕴含着丰富的生活智慧,传递着中国人最真挚的情感。可以分享中餐的“色香味”;可以分享饮食礼仪,围绕饮食文化进行叙事,从菜品饮品、装修配饰,到人文关怀、文化精神等,展示全方位的中国饮食文化。

活动奖项


(一)在三个单元中评选出:


特等奖:作品3部(证书、奖杯及奖金人民币10000元)


一等奖:作品15部(证书、奖杯及奖金人民币6000元)


二等奖:作品30部(证书、奖杯及奖金人民币4000元)


三等奖:作品100部(证书、奖杯)






(二)

根据参与单位投稿的数量和质量,评选出优秀组织奖35个,颁发获奖证书、奖杯。


(三)

从获奖的主创人员中评选“孔院达人”10名左右,颁发证书、奖杯,并提供专题培训。


注:所有奖金均为税前金额,获奖证书和奖金由主办方通过作者所在单位进行发放。

(一) 参加范围


本届活动面向全球孔子学院(课堂),中外教育、文化交流、媒体传播等机构征集作品。参赛作品需满足下列条件中的其中一项:


作品主创人员为全球孔子学院(课堂)师生、员工、校友或从事孔子学院(课堂)相关工作的同仁。

作品内容与孔子学院(课堂)相关。

(三) 报送要求


1. 每个单位报送作品数量10部以内。


2. 作品形态不限,鼓励创新。纪录片、脱口秀、人物访谈、Vlog或其他创意形式,专业摄制或手机拍摄均可,时长10分钟以内。


3. 作品语种不限。配音、字幕至少其中一种语言为中文,建议外挂中外双语字幕。


4. 请确保作品画面清晰,视频画面要求横屏拍摄。视频格式为MP4、MOV,画面比例为16∶9宽屏,建议分辨率为1280*720或以上,以1920×1080像素为佳,帧速率25帧以上。不添加角标、LOGO。


5. 作品需为本次活动原创,不得使用参与其他活动的作品进行投稿。不得侵犯任何第三方的知识产权,未在报纸、杂志、网站、社交媒体等平台公开发表。不得涉及暴力、色情、种族歧视等内容。


6.报送途径:报送通道将于4月开启,请关注孔子学院微信公众号和孔子学院全球门户网站(CI.CN)通知。


注:作品报送截止日期为2024年7月28日(北京时间)


(四) 其他事项


1. 参与活动,即视为自愿将作品著作权转让给主办方,并允许主办方进行转授权,包括但不限于以下权利:(1)复制权;(2)汇编权(视频的部分或全部);(3)翻译权;(4)印刷版和电子版的复制权;(5)网络传播权;(6)发行权。


2. 参加人员须保证投稿作品的署名权无争议。若发生署名权争议问题,一切责任由其本人承担。

 

3. 如发现作品涉嫌抄袭、盗用版权等情况,一律取消参加资格、追回奖励,并由其本人承担一切相关法律责任。


4. 中国国际中文教育基金会对本次活动拥有最终解释权。

About the Event


The 2024 CI Moments Global Short Video Collection Event is now initiating for a new year. We hereby invite all CIers and Chinese enthusiasts from all over the world to capture your marvelous moments with the CI and the Chinese language in short videos. This is your chance to share your fascinating stories of how the Chinese language connects the world and facilitates dialogues between diverse cultures. In 2024, we extend this heartfelt invitation to all to continue sharing your Chinese journey and capturing the charm of the CI with your cameras. We are going to introduce new themed sections, submission modes, and awards while offering guidance for participants throughout this event. We look forward to your participation!


(1) 

Themed Section 1: Hello, Confucius Institute!

Capture the wonderful moments at the Confucius Institute through your lens and convey the warmth of language connectivity and cultural integration. Share your personal narratives with CI and showcase your achievements. Explore CI’s role in fostering exchange and interaction between Chinese culture and local customs, including but not limited to festivals, customs, products, brands, sports, fashion, new media, film and television, intangible cultural heritage, etc. We invite directors, teachers, and students to contribute their perspectives on CI or Confucius Classroom, introducing their CI’s development over time, educational achievements, and exciting moments in their classrooms. 

        

(2) 

Themed Section 2: Discovering Chinese Around the World

Through the bridge of language, people in different regions and cultures can communicate and learn from one another. Share your experiences in learning Chinese, recount your journey of understanding, mastering, and promoting Chinese language and culture. Showcase your Chinese language proficiency and illustrate how it has influenced your life. Additionally, feel free to introduce your native culture in Chinese.

Themed Section 3: Exploring Chinese Cuisine

Chinese cuisine is renowned for its profound history and richness, with each dish representing a masterpiece of culinary art, containing abundant wisdom of life and conveying the sincerest emotions of the Chinese people. You can share with us the "color, aroma, and taste" of Chinese cuisine, along with its intricate dining etiquette. We also welcome insights into the cultural significance of Chinese culinary tradition, including dishes, drinks, decoration as well as humanistic aspects, cultural symbolism, etc., showcasing the Chinese food culture.

Media Platforms


CCTV.com, China Daily, China News Service, Toutiao and other prominent mainstream media, along with the Confucius Institute Global Portal, social media platforms and "Confucius Institute" journal, etc.

The event will also be broadcast on platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Bilibili and Douyin.

Prizes


(1) 

We shall select from the three Themed Sections:


Grand Prize: 3 entries (awarded with a certificate, a trophy, and RMB 10,000 in prize money)


First Prize: 15 entries (awarded with a certificate, a trophy, and RMB 6,000 in prize money)


Second Prize: 30 entries (awarded with a certificate, a trophy, and RMB 4,000 in prize money)


Third Prize: 100 entries (awarded with a certificate and a trophy)



(2) 

35 Excellent Participating Groups will be selected based on the quantity and quality of the videos submitted and presented with certificates and trophies.


(3) 

10 participants will be selected from the award-winners and be presented with the CI’s Got Talent Prize certificates and trophies, along with specialized training sessions.


Note:

All prize money is awarded pre-tax, and the certificates and prizes will be granted by the organizer through the groups the award-winners belong to.

Guidelines for Participation


1. Eligible Participants


This event is open to video works submitted by CIs, Confucius Classrooms, and institutions for Chinese and foreign language education, cultural exchange, and media dissemination from around the world. The video submissions should meet at least one of the following requirements:


The leading creators should be teachers, students, employees, and alumni of CI or Confucius Classroom, or peers engaged in the affairs of CI or Confucius Classroom around the world.


The content of the works should be themed on CI or Confucius Classroom.

3. Submission Requirements


(1)  Each institution can submit up to 10 works.


(2) There are no restrictions on the format of the works, and we welcome creative ideas. The works can take various forms, such as documentaries, talk shows, interviews, vlogs, or any other creative formats. Both professional filming and mobile shooting are acceptable, and the duration of the videos should fall within the range of 1 to 10 minutes. 


(3) There are also no restrictions on the language of submissions. It is required to include Chinese as one of the languages for dubbing and subtitles, and we recommend providing external subtitles, both in Chinese and any other languages used.


(4) Ensure your visuals are clear, with videos shot horizontally. The preferred video format is MP4 or MOV, featuring a 16:9 widescreen aspect ratio, a resolution of 1280*720 or above, preferably 1920*1080 pixels, and a frame rate of over 25 frames per second. Do not add watermarks or logos to your submissions.


(5) All entries must be original creations specifically made for this event. They should not include works previously submitted to other events, infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights, or have been publicly published in newspapers, magazines, websites, social media, etc. Content must adhere to guidelines prohibiting violence, pornography, racial discrimination, or other inappropriate material.


(6) Submission Channel:

The submission channel will be available in April 2024. Stay tuned for notifications on the Confucius Institute WeChat official account and global portal (ci.cn).


Note: The deadline for submission is July 28, 2024 (Beijing time).


4.  Additional Notes


(1) 

Participation in the event implies voluntary transfer of the copyright of the submitted works to the organizer, endowing the organizer with rights to further sublicense, including but not limited to the following rights:(1) The right of reproduction;(2) The right of compilation (part or all of the video);(3) The right of translation;(4) The right to reproduce printed and digital editions of the works;(5) The right of dissemination on the Internet;(6) The right of distribution.


(2) 

Participants must ensure that there are no disputes regarding the authorship of the submitted works. In the event of any dispute, the individual submitting the work will bear full responsibilities.


(3) 

If any work is found to be suspected of plagiarism, copyright infringement, or any other form of misconduct, the submission will be disqualified, rewards will be revoked, and the individual will be held liable for any legal responsibilities.


(4) 

Chinese International Education Foundation (CIEF) reserves the right of final interpretation of the event.
